As diligent as ApplicantStack is in ensuring that all emails being sent to and from the candidates are delivered, there are times when emails might go to the spam/junk folder. Since spam filters are set at the email client level, we do not control what gets designated as spam.
One option to ensure that emails are being received from your end is to white-list any emails coming from "ApplicantStack.com". You might need to contact your email administrator to set this rule up.
We have also discovered that some email clients automatically designate certain keywords as spam. These words can be "Job Offer, Employment, Earn Money..."
