You can now have candidates apply with their LinkedIn Profile via ApplicantStack. To enable this functionality, click Setup, then Job Boards. Scroll to Social Media Sites and select Edit Settings for LinkedIn. Select the drop down field labeled Allow Linked In Apply and choose your options. You can select from the following:
- Mobile Only
- Always (Desktop and Mobile)
Once you have made your selection, click save.
When candidates apply for any of your jobs, they will now see this option on the listings page:
Clicking Apply with LinkedIn will prompt them to log in to their LinkedIn account. Once they have done so the candidate will see the following type of screen:
Note that the candidate will need to fill in their zip code and phone number. The profile will also take the place of their resume. They will also need to supply any additional information that you request, such as questionnaires, attachments, etc.
Once they have applied with their profile, you will be able to view their record within ApplicantStack.
Users can view the applicant’s LinkedIn Profile by clicking the Public Profile Link above or clicking the Resume tab and clicking View Profile.
You also can access an applicant’s LinkedIn Profile from the candidate summary tab by clicking the LinkedIn icon in the resume column.
Note: For best practices we recommend having a simple hiring process rather than a long application for this feature to be successful. The longer your application the least likely candidate’s will use the LinkedIn apply.
