ApplicantStack Recruit now has the ability to scan an applicant's resume for their name and address and automatically populate their contact information on the Apply page. This will save candidates time during the application process and enable them to apply for positions more quickly and more easily.
This feature can be enabled for your Public or Internal Job Board in Job Board Settings (Setup --> Job Boards --> Public/Internal Job Board - Edit Settings):
After enabling this feature, the Resume section is moved to the top of the Apply page:
Once the candidate uploads their resume, the parser will attempt to fill out their Contact Information:
If any fields didn't parse properly, the candidate has the ability to make changes at this point. Going forward, the remaining application steps are unchanged.
