The Home Page is command central and allows users to view activities, navigate the system, and perform certain tasks directly from the menu.
At a glance users can see the status of the positions being filled and what activities are taking place with the candidates. Additionally, users can create new jobs, bring in resumes, manage the administrative functions, and access the Job Board from one screen.

Your Activity Summary will display any new emails that you received and you can easily click on the links to go to the Email tab:
The final section displays any tasks, Job Approvals that need your attention (if you have the Job Approval Feature as part of your plan), and upcoming events that have been assigned to you. Click on any of the links to bring up the details of the task or event:
The Pipeline Summary displays all of your current and active jobs along with your active workflow. You can click on any of the links to bring you to the job(s), the candidates in each stage or in any part of your workflow. This also provides you with a snapshot of how many candidates are in each stage:
The top display is where you can easily search for candidates by typing in part of the candidate name:
The following two items are only available in some accounts:
If you have multiple ApplicantStack accounts the following toggle will be available to you to easily move between accounts if your username and password are the same and they are both paid accounts by selecting the 3x3 box:
If you have both ApplicantStack Recruit & ApplicantStack Onboard you will easily be able to switch back and forth between products here:
The "Setup", My Account" and "Logout" accessible via the your name, will bring you to the different pages. Please note only the Administrator account has access to the "Setup" link.
Depending on your user level access you may or may not have all of the following items in your action menu:
