This guide will show you how to add, modify, and remove Job Fields and Job Workflow Stages. We will also cover how to associate actions with Job Workflow Stages.
To get to the configuration menu, click Setup in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Look for the option Configure Fields and Workflow or you could click the button labeled Configure on the left. Clicking either option will bring you to the Configuration Menu. For the purpose of this guide we will only be concerned with the top section Job Configuration.
The Job Configuration section consists of 3 clickable options. These are as follows:
- Job Fields: This allows you to add, modify, or delete job fields.
- Job Workflow Stages: You can add, modify, or delete your Job Workflow Stages.
- Job Workflow: This allows you to manage the workflow "buttons" that move your jobs through your workflow stages.
