If you require that a hire or user completes a form multiple times (such as if the hire needs to be re-onboarded) then you can easily archive all previously submitted forms and then re-add the new forms by going to the Hires tab and selecting"Archive Forms" here:
Once the forms and form tasks are archived, you will notice that you now have the option to filter completed forms to view the archived forms:
You now have the ability to reassign the forms to the Hire or User, either individually or by using a checklist, again.
