When the Spark Hire integration is enabled for your ApplicantStack account you will see a Spark Hire section on the Job Summary tab. To create Spark Hire interviews for candidates you will first need to create a Spark Hire job that will be linked to your ApplicantStack job. Click Create New Spark Hire Job, review the auto-populated fields and click Submit to create a Spark Hire job.
If you would like for the system to automatically create a One Way Interview for candidates in this job when they are moved to a particular stage of the workflow, click Add One Way Interview. Note that if you don’t automatically create One Way Interviews you can still manually create interviews (One Way and Live) from the Candidate Detail page.
On the Candidate Details page, you can create a One Way Interview or Live Interview for a candidate by clicking the appropriate button.
When you create an interview it will be listed in the table with the Scheduled/Due date. The candidate will receive an email from Spark Hire with the instructions on how to complete the interview.
If a One Way interview is automatically created during a stage change, you will see an indication in the History.
When the candidate completes the interview, the system will update the status to Completed, you will see the Completed date, and there will be a link to Watch Interview on Spark Hire.
