Once you select the question mark you are provided with the following options:
New Features & Updates
Selecting "New Features & Updates" you will be redirected to the section of our help desk which outlines all of our recent features and updates in our Help Center
Help Center
Selecting "Help Center" will bring you to our main Help Center page where you can find many articles, including our Getting Started Guides, as well as many videos that will walk you through step-by-step. You can also perform searches in our help center to find exactly what you are looking for.
Ask a Question
Selecting "Ask a Question" will redirect you to our support portal and this is really the best way to get any support if you need answers to any questions you might have.
Help
Finally, when selecting "Help", you will immediately receive an intelligent popup containing suggested articles based on the current page that you are on. For example, if you are on the candidate's tab and you select "Help", you will see the following screen with the most relevant articles:
You can also include any items in the search or select "Contact Us" which will open up a form to create a support ticket.
