Why can't I see my candidates that are in Do Not Pursue stage (or any inactive stage)?
The default setting for the Candidate's tab is to show only the active candidates for your active jobs. You can change this by using the filters at the top of the page.
Is there a way for application readers/reviewers to go back and alter their scores and/or comments once they have submitted them?
If you go under the Feedback Tab under Candidates, you will see all the submitted Questionnaires. Go to the Candidates Tab , then click on Application Submitted under the column Stage for the candidate you want to change the Questionnaires. Click the Feedback Tab . Scroll down to find your Questionnaire then click the edit icon on the Questionnaire (it will be located on the right of the box beside the x). It will take you to the completed Questionnaire and allow you to change your answers and resubmit the Questionnaire.
Sometimes we have a need to apply a stage, send an email, or delete a group of candidates. Is there any other way to capture these groups short of clicking each individual box next to each name?
Selecting them individually by checkbox is the only method that is available. You can also apply a filter by using the filters at the top of the page to narrow your selection and then select them all by using the checkbox located in the top left corner of the Candidates Grid or select each candidate individually.
Is it possible to re-arrange the order in which the columns appear under the Candidates Tab?
Currently we do not offer a way to rearrange the columns in ApplicantStack™.
Is there a way to point to a help file of my creation to help my Recruiter’s when they are creating job fields?
Yes. You can upload the help file to a web server and in the description field for the candidate field, you can insert a hyperlink to the help file.
I had an applicant apply for one position but then want to apply for a different one as well. Is there any way they are able to create an account that keeps their information so they won’t have to keep filling out the same information?
There are two ways of accomplishing this. You can turn on the logins on the job board which will require every applicant to create an account. You can find this under settings and then click the Job Board button on the left hand side of the screen. For more information about this feature see [Configuration Guide: Job Boards][Configuration-JobBoards].
Or you can copy their application to another job. Go to the candidates tab and select the candidate that you want to copy the application by clicking in the check box by his/her name. Look at the right side navigation menu and click “Add to Job”. Select the job that you want to add the candidate to from the list. This keeps them in their previous applied for position as well as puts them in another position that you select.
I changed a candidate’s stage by mistake. How do I get them back to their previous stage?
Navigate to the Candidates tab. Click the second drop down, which should be displaying all the active candidates. You can either select the stage that your candidate was sent to or choose "--All Candidate Stages--". Select the candidate that had the stage change by clicking the checkbox by their name. From the right side navigation menu select "Set Stage", change the candidate to the stage that you want them in and click submit.
Is there a way to merge duplicate candidate applications into one?
We do not offer a way to merge the applicants together. We do display a duplicate note if there is more than one application for the candidate. Also when you are making notations about a candidate through our Add Note feature, you can set it to global and notes that you make will appear on all instances of the candidate.
