How many attachments may I attach to a job?
You can attach up to ten attachments to each job.
I am trying to delete a Job Workflow Stage, but when I attempt to do so I am told that Job “XXXX” is in this stage. What do I do?
You need to move the jobs out of the stage that you are trying to delete before you can delete the stage.
How do I make my ApplicantStack™ job openings page become a search page and then list positions based on the criteria from the search page?
Go to settings, configure, and then click configure job fields. You can take any field that is a picklist/dropdown and change their visibility from Private to Public. They’ll appear on the search page as filters that you can use to search for open positions. Keep in mind these same fields will also appear as columns on the openings page. I need to include a link to a help file on how to effectively utilize a particular job field. I do not see any where to do this.
You can enter a hyperlink to a file in the description field of your job field. This file will need to be located on a web server before users would be able to access it.
When I enter a new user into our ApplicantStack™ system why can they not see any jobs?
You need to make sure that you have assigned jobs to the new user. You can do this by editing the job and selecting the new user as a Job Owner or Hiring Manager.
Can I change the stage on multiple jobs at once?
Currently you can only change the stage on one job at a time.
I created a new Job Workflow Stage. Now I don’t see any buttons to advance my job out of this stage. Why can’t I move past my stage?
The buttons are Workflow Actions and they reason that you do not see any on your stage is that this stage has no actions assigned to. Go to Configure and then click Configure Job Workflow Actions to make sure that your stages have an action assigned to them.
How do I add a new column that is not listed under the “Columns” button to the Jobs Grid?
Go to configure and click Configure Job Fields. Click Create Field to create a new job field, enter the requested information and click save. The new field is now in your Jobs Grid. Note that you may need to return to the Jobs Tab and click the button labeled "Columns", then check your field name(s) and click submit.
