Create a Job
From the "Jobs" tab select "Create Job":
Choose "Start with a Blank Form", then select "Submit":
The Job ID must be unique for each job. ApplicantStack will select a unique Job ID so you can leave this as is.
Complete all of the required fields (noted with a red asterisk) such as Job Title & Department:
Add a Job Description
Note: If you are copying and pasting from any other source we highly recommend that you select "Paste as Plain Text" to strip out all formatting and then use ApplicantStack's formatting toolbar to add the formatting back since this will ensure that your job will look well across multiple job boards and devices:
If you added additional users to your account, you can give them access to the job as either a Job Owner or Hiring Manage in this section:
Keep the Workflow section set to the Default Settings and select "Save":
The new job will be in the Draft stage at this point.
Optional Questions
Optional: You can any questions including an application for employment as well as any screener questions by selecting the "Questions" tab within the new job:
To add a questionnaire from your library, select "Add From Library":
Select the questionnaire(s) you would like to add and then choose "Submit":
To create a new questionnaire - for example, any screener questions you might like to ask, select "New Questionnaire" here:
You will need to name the questionnire and then selct "Add Question" for each new question you would like to add:
Optional Scoring
Optional - Add any scoring to the questions or resume keywords.

Open Job
Set your job to "Open" which is required to post/launch your job by selecting "Set Stage" and choose "Open":
Then "ConfirmStage Changes":
Launch Job
From the "Launch Tab" select "Edit Launch Status":
Select/deselect any Job Boards and then choose "Next" - This is where you will post/launch your jobs to. Every ApplicantStack account comes with a public & internal job board as well as our standard third-party job boards. The third-party job boards are for organic posting at no additional fee and must meet the individual job board requirements.
Note - ApplicantStack submits the job on your behalf but it will ultimately be up to the individual job board to determine the quality and access to their job board.
Add all required information in the following screen and then select "Next":
Finally, once you choose "Submit" your job will immediately be visible on your ApplicantStack Public Job board and can take up to 24 business hours for your job to be picked up by any third party job board.
You can easily see which jobs are posted to the third party job boards when looking at the jobs via the jobs tab by the icons in the stage column:
