We are thrilled to announce that starting today every ApplicantStack Recruit account will have the ability to add Indeed Assessments.
This integration helps automate the screening process and utilizes data-driven decision making to help remove bias and provide consistency in your candidate evaluations. That way, you can feel more confident that the person you hire has the skills you need.
Here’s how it works:
From within the Indeed Assessments platform at indeed.com/assessments, you will have the opportunity to create an assessment package tailored to the exact job for which you are hiring.
- When you navigate back to ApplicantStack, you'll be able to select that assessment package and either send to individual candidates or push out the assessment automatically when a candidate hits a predefined stage.
- As the candidates take the assessments, you will see their scores populate in ApplicantStack. You can then return to Indeed Assessments for additional details, if needed.
With Indeed Assessments, you’ll get access to our library of prebuilt assessments and a tool to help you build your own. That way, you can screen for any position you might be hiring for. To learn more about Indeed, visit https://www.indeed.com/hire
