Yesterday ApplicantStack experienced a server issue that resulted in the loss of emailed applications and replies. This issue was discovered and corrected at around 8am EST. If you sent an email to a candidate between 12:00pm 1/8 to 8am 1/9 and were expecting a reply from the candidate, the reply was rejected by our servers. In that case you will need to send another email to the candidate and let them know that their reply was not received.
This issue will also affect candidates that applied to a position via email.
We apologize for this issue and have put safe guards in place to make sure that this does not occur again.
