This week, ApplicantStack will begin transitioning to a new Help Center.
Our support email remains email@example.com, but it's possible, once we transition, that our responses will initially be flagged as spam by your email. Please be sure to check any "Clutter" or "Spam" folders on your email if you are awaiting a response. If this happens, please whitelist our email address.
This Help Center will remain accessible for at least the next month or two. However, clicking the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the page now takes you to a new web form in our future Help Center. This form requests the same information as before, it's just being routed to our new system.
This form currently does not have a widget for uploading attachments. If you need to attach a file to your case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org directly.
The knowledge articles in this Help Center are being migrated to our new Help Center, but until we complete the transfer, we suggest you continue using this site for help. However, some content has already been published on https://helpas.payrollservers.info, and in the coming month, we'll be updating article links in ApplicantStack to point to this new Help Center.
